18 & Oak has dedicated 177 acres to open lands where trees like the Oak, Casuarina, Teak, Cassia and the Tamarind tree grow uninhibited. It is the presence of these trees that ensure the birds visit regularly and keep the eco-system well balanced.

BIRDS

At 18 & Oak, the trees (and the lake) make sure that local and migratory birds are regular visitors and happy inhabitants in the neighbourhood.
